Colten Fors, the president of For Sure, wanted to create a family-oriented company that cares about its employees. For Sure Roofing was founded on April 4th, 2014 and has grown significantly since. For Sure Roofing started with Colten and a cube van, working on small roofing and sheet metal projects and service work.
On May 17th, 2017, For Sure Roofing purchased Iowa Falls Roofing, an 85-year-old company. This helped For Sure Roofing add multiple years of experience and knowledge to the company. Iowa Falls Roofing were experts in commercial roofs and a staple of that area. Randy Smith, the owner of Iowa Falls Roofing, came to the company as the general manager and continues to use his experience with For Sure today.
December 12th, 2022, was another large milestone with the purchase of Dallas Construction. Dallas Construction was a 46-year-old company out of Adair Iowa. Dallas Construction specialized in wall panels, roof panels, and edge metal. Similar to For Sure Roofings other acquisition, Jeremy Petersen was brought on board to use his expertise towards estimating and project management.
