What is it?

A roof maintenance plan is a prospective approach to ensure your roof remains in top condition, extending its life-span and preventing costly repairs or replacements.

When will we be on your roof?

We will look to be on your roof two times a year once in the spring and once in the fall

Step 1

What will we do when we are on your roof?

  • Investigate the inside of the building to see if there are any water stains, inspect all flashings, chimneys, vents, and skylights for damages.

  • Remove leaves, branches and other debris that could clog the drains or gutter and create more damage to the roof.

  • We will look to find any penetrations in the roof loose or damaged gutters, along with signs of wear and tear.

  • We will apply sealant to any minor cracks or open voids we may find.

Step 2

What will we do when we are on your roof?

Communicate with you to discuss what we have seen, what we think needs done and possibly give you a timeline as to what could go wrong in the next couple of days. We will let you know what we have done along with what we think will need to be done.

Step 3

What will we do when we are on your roof?

Take care of it once we have discussed with you we will be putting our plan into action. We will come out with our repair team and fix them.
